Recently opened, Geisha House is located at 2600 Cedar Spring in Uptown Dallas, right across the street from Perry's steakhouse. The menu is a combination of Hibachi Grill (don't worry, I didn't know what it was either) and sushi. It has several seating options which make the place even more interesting. You can sit in a traditional japanese table (on the floor), in front of the grill and have the chef cook for you, at the bar, or you can just pick a table and eat without further ado.
I had the Grilled Steak Hibachi with stir fried vegetables and fried rice. Tasty, juicy, and well presented. Plus a soda I spent about $14 plus tip. Believe me, the place looks pricier.
I really hope this restaurant takes off. The concept is fun, the food is great and the service is excellent. Next time I'll go at night and try the sake. Can't wait.
