You start filling your own order on printed cards with all the options, pay and then they will call you to pick it up. I order my first one with corn tortilla, carnitas (pork meat)and Chipotle cream, my second one was on Blue corn tortilla, with chicken tinga (marinated chicken breast) and covered with poblano sauce. When you order is ready they call your name and you can add toppings such as tomatoes, lettuce, cilantro, jalapeños, onion, you named. Sides are good, beans or rice. I paid $10 per two enchiladas, a side of Mexican rice and a drink. Casual, fun and really taste is a great addition to the Bishop Arts District at 202 West Davis. From the creators of Monica aqui y alla, this is a new fast-casual concept where enchiladas are made your way with fresh, natural, and organic products. Great concept, great flavors. Probably Mc Donald's is already thinking in buying this concept as well. Let's wait.
